Beautiful session. I’m curious, where did the name, Ogun come from? come from. Ogun is the God of Iron in Yoruba mythology and I am working on a contemporary story about the power of Ogun when I stumbled upon this.

Hi OlaOlu, Ogun in this case refer to a region in Nigeria where Fela Kuti was born. He was indeed part of a rich yoruba family..
